Brushing Techniques:

Choosing the Right Toothbrush: It's important to select the right toothbrush. Opt for a small-headed toothbrush with soft bristles. Electric toothbrushes can also be effective.

Brushing Time: Each brushing session should last at least 2 minutes. Take enough time to brush all surfaces of the teeth.

Brush Angle: Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. Brush with small circular motions towards the gum line.

Surface Coverage: Brush the front, back, and both sides of the teeth. Pay attention to both the inner and outer surfaces of the teeth.

Tongue Cleaning: Bacteria that accumulate on the tongue surface can cause bad breath. Use the tongue cleaner at the back of the toothbrush to gently clean the tongue.

Brush Replacement: If the bristles of your toothbrush become irregular or worn out, replace it with a new one at least every 3 months.

Flossing Techniques:

Select the Right Floss: Use dental floss to clean between the teeth. Insert the floss carefully between the teeth and move it with a back-and-forth motion.

Be Gentle and Careful: To avoid damaging the gums, gently slide the floss between the teeth. Avoid applying excessive pressure.

Use a New Section for Each Tooth: Use a new section of floss to clean between each tooth. Using the same section in different spaces can prevent bacteria transfer.

Regular Use: Use dental floss at least once a day, preferably before bedtime, on a regular basis.
