IMPLANT

Implants are artificial roots made of titanium, shaped like screws, that are placed into the jawbone to replace missing teeth. Implants are surgically placed into the jawbone, and after this procedure, they fuse with the jawbone. Once this fusion occurs, the implant becomes ready to support a prosthesis that will replace the missing tooth, mimicking the function of a natural tooth root.

BONE DEFICIENCIES Patients with complex cases that require difficult and intricate treatments are being treated. Solutions and alternatives are proposed for all types of bone deficiency cases.

BONE GRAFTS In cases where the jawbone is insufficient for implant placement and therefore cannot be routinely applied, bone grafts can be used to enable implant placement.

SOLUTIONS FOR COMPLETE TOOTH LOSS A - Full Arch: Determining the number of implants based on bone level and edentulous arch size. B - All On 6 System: Includes a complete jaw dental prosthesis supported by six implants. C - All On 4 System: It is the best treatment option that maximizes the use of existing bone for totally edentulous patients. It is a cost-effective implant technique that allows the application of a fixed full prosthesis on the day of surgery. The All On Four treatment involves the placement of four implants in specific angles in the anterior part of the jaw in totally edentulous patients. All On Four treatment can be applied to all totally edentulous patients (without any teeth) who do not have any systemic diseases that would hinder dental implant surgery and who have sufficient bone volume. D - All On 3 System: It is an alternative treatment option in cases where there is severe bone loss in the mandible (lower jaw) and other surgical techniques cannot be used due to local and systemic factors. E - Zygomatic Implants: It is an alternative treatment option in individuals with advanced bone loss in the maxilla (upper jaw) where other surgical techniques cannot be used due to local and systemic factors. In this technique, implants are applied to the zygomatic bone (cheekbone), hence the name zygomatic implants. F - Pterygoid Implant: It is an alternative treatment option in individuals with advanced bone loss in the maxilla (upper jaw) where other surgical techniques cannot be used due to local and systemic factors. G - Implant-Supported Removable Dentures: Removable dentures that can be attached to implants placed in the jaws.

SINUS LIFT Sinus lift surgery is a treatment method used when there is insufficient bone height in the maxilla (upper jawbone) due to early tooth loss, making it impossible to apply implants. Sinus lift surgery is performed to provide sufficient bone height to ensure functionality and achieve aesthetic results. Radiological evaluation is performed to determine whether the individual initially requires a sinus lift procedure.

DISTRACTION: It is a treatment method used when there is insufficient bone height. This method is used to ensure functionality and achieve aesthetic results.

PERI-IMPLANTITIS TREATMENT: Problems arising from previously placed implants are treated.

NAVIGATED AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL IMPLANT APPLICATION: It is performed with advanced surgical technology support.

FLAPLESS SURGERY: It is a method also known as non-surgical implant.
